The advanced composite construction of the hull of the largest Wally built so far, is completed at WallyEurope yard.
The huge yet light hull of the new megayacht was successfully turned and re-positioned inside the shed, to start the next phases of the building process: the outfitting and the installation of the deck.
The operation confirmed the quality of the advance composite construction technology. This delicate phase was successful because of the rigidity and the light displacement of the hull, only 9 tons --the same hull in aluminium would weight 30 tons!
The construction is on schedule and the launching is due in summer 2010.
