Ancona, 19 September 2009 – CRN shipyard in the Marche Region launches a new yacht, “Clarena 2”, hull number 124, the protagonist which will be baptised today at 6 pm at the CRN shipyard in Ancona. The ceremony is open to all citizens so as to emphasize the bond between the shipyard and Ancona. 

The ship will then be blessed to the notes sang by Tenor Giuseppe Ranzani, who will also accompany the guests during the cocktail party. The evening continues with a gala dinner set against the pop music of Ben Dj and the electric violinist Filippo Rollando. The evening will conclude with Lola Ponce who will sing songs from her popular repertoire, enlivening the ceremony with Latin rhythm.

“Clarena 2” is a completely new “custom” project born through the collaboration of the technical staff of CRN and Nuvolari & Lenard Firm. The project, developed through the careful analysis of the owner’s desires, has made it possible to build a ship with a sophisticated and innovative design, such as the slender shape of its hull and its large beach at sea level, a new area set up as a 100 m² large “beach club”. 

“Clarena 2”, which is a real tribute to family life on board, was designed to allow one to share various moments of day. It is characterized by large relaxation areas, designed such that guests can enjoy being close to the sea as well as enjoy the elegant halls, the spacious sundeck and the dining room which accommodates up to 20 guests, enhanced by exceptional lighting coming through its large windows. 

Among the 28 staff members, fully dedicated to the ship owner, is a high quality chef, the absolute master of a 50 m² galley, who will create the most sophisticated gastronomic experiences. 

“Clarena 2” is definitely a striking example of ‘Made in Italy’ style and sophistication within the range of mega yachts of this size.
