A collection of new listings hit the seas last month at CNI. Fernando Nicholson from CNI Miami announces the 32m/106’ Spirit of Ashanti from Technomarine as a new listing. Launched in 2000, she underwent a refit in 2006 and is now in as new condition. Georges Bourgoignie, also from CNI Miami, announces that the 24.4m Selene from Nautor Swan is available through CNI. Built in 2000, she is a superb performance cruiser.

Jonathan Syrett from CNI Palma announces the signing of a 39m/125’ Factoria Naval de Marin due for delivery in May 2008. She has as solid long range and a superyacht of steel hull and aluminium superstructure. Specially conceived for charter, her design provides an optimum layout for maximum comfort. She boats a generous specification, exceeds in equipment and is Lloyd’s registered and MCA compliant. Jonathan Syrett states ‘that this is another outstanding achievement of the reputable Spanish shipyard capable of building yachts up to 140 metres.’

Expect to see some new names among existing favourites as the CNI charter division welcomes back the 49.8m Braveheart. Built in 1989 by Swedeship/Harvoort, she has been extensively refit and is now available for charter in the Caribbean this coming winter season, before returning to the Mediterranean for summer 2008. Braveheart accommodates 10 guests in a master stateroom, and four double cabins.

Staying on this side of the Atlantic CNI also welcome the recently launched 42.6m/140’ Emerald Star to their fleet. Toby Walker of CNI London represented both the purchaser and seller of Emerald Star (as mentioned in last month’s news) and brings the yacht to CNI’s charter division for her debut season. A fine example of subtle yet exceptional style from CRN, this fantastic yacht has been designed to offer spacious facilities, perfect for relaxation, which echoes throughout her light, contemporary interior featuring pale cherrywood. Whether entertaining in style in the beautifully appointed dining saloon or relaxing on one of her three spacious deck areas. Her upper deck saloon contains a bar and sofa area, leading to a 52 sq. meter open aft deck, with dining for 12, sofas and sunpads. The sun deck covers 100 sq. meters and offers a spa pool, bar and barbecue. Accommodation for ten guests in five cabins includes the main-deck, full-width Owner's cabin with a full-beam ensuite bathroom and a private balcony area. The lower deck four cabins comprise three doubles and a third cabin with two singles and Pullman. The transom terrace conceals a fully-fitted gymnasium behind tinted doors.

On the other side of the Atlantic CNI’s Charter Management Division in Fort Lauderdale has also been busy welcoming several new yachts to the fleet including the 29.36m/96’ Westship Serenity Now. Launched in 1991, she underwent a complete refit in 2006 and is now in immaculate condition. Available in the Virgin Islands and Leeward Islands, she accommodates six guests in three spacious cabins. Also debuting in the Caribbean this winter season is the 26.5m/87’ Monarch II from Johnson.
