JOINING OF THE STEEL HULL AND ALUMINIUM SUPERSTRUCTURE OF THE YACHT TIMMERMAN 40-2
November 27, 2007 on the shipyard Timmerman Yachts the steel hull and the aluminium superstructure of the second yacht of the project Timmerman 40 were joined. The specialists of the company have much experience in this kind of work that is why precision and maximum concentration are a usual thing.
Being built according to the project of the independent design studio Vripack Yachting International the yacht can boast unique hydrodynamics and high level of noise isolation. With twin diesel engines Ñaterpillar 448 kW the maximum speed of the yacht will be 12,5 Knots. The range of the yacht at the cruising speed of 10.5 knots will be 4000 nautical miles. The yacht can accommodate 10 people in 5 cabins and 7 crew in 4 cabins. The yacht is being built under the supervision of Det Norske Veritas (DNV) and completely complies with MCA requirements.
