Jean Jacques Coste is a famous designer. He created many revolutionary projects among which is megacatamaran Allures.

Words from Jean: "Allures was built by Blubay Yachts a company I created in 1999 and not by Composite Works which was a subcontractor amongst many others for Blubay Yachts. My design office has developped the entire project. I am the naval architect and interior designer of Allures. Any other person or company introducing itself as builder or designer of ALLURES is to be considered as an usurper. With Blubay Yachts I also created in 2002, for an European business man, the all carbon Blubay 132' Hemisphere which was unfortunately distroyed in 2004. The shareholders sold Blubay Yachts to Yachts Industries. With Yachts Industries I have created the Blubay 92 ' (recently launched) and the Blubay range".

Jean Jacques Coste is not a new commer. In 1994 he co-designed MAGIC CAT designing the exterior and the interior. In 1997 he already introduced a project for a 145' with Camper Nicholson at the Fort Lauderdale Boat Show with the personal support of Georges Nicholson. The mega catamaran pioneer for 15 years is now developping new designs for Blue Coast Yachts using extremely innovating technical and aestheticals solutions.

Jean Jacques Coste has developped a passion for sailing and water sports in general since he was young. In the late 70's he was part of the windsurfing pioneer who developped innovative design and started playing with composite. He graduated in Naval Engineering and holds a master in industrial design from the pretigious Ecole Nationale de Création Industrielle in Paris.

Today he is working on innovative projects where the elegance of his styling is mixed with eco-friendly solutions.
