A unique and important event for the consortium took place June 5, 2008 on the Yard of Timmerman Yachts. The main yacht Timmerman 47 left the moorage of the Yard for further delivery to the customer. 

The Muscovites were able to enjoy the unbelievable sight in the heart of Moscow from the quay of the Moscow River. Smooth exterior lines; contrast of the dark blue hull and of the snow-white superstructure, majestic yacht movement and its size won the public with lightning speed. 

Timmerman 47 is the first transatlantic megayacht ever built in Russia. It is an export order. Mobilization of export orders shows the appearance of Russian shipbuilding on the world level. Timmerman Yachts, an international consortium, is among the ten of the world leading yards. 

The first transatlantic megayacht Timmerman 47 was developed by Vripack Yachting International, the largest European independent design company. Bannenberg Designes Ltd., the company with world-wide reputation, was involved in interior planning of Timmerman 47. The interior of the vessel was made by SINNEX, the Austrian company, which is the producer of individual interiors of super premium class for such yachts as Pelorus, The Maltese Falcon, Dilbar. The valuable wood species such as wenge, makassar, oak, American cherry, walnut root, ebony were used in rooms finishing. 

Due to the reinforced steel hull, economical engines and innovative decisions the owner of the Timmerman yacht will be able to make long voyages to the most beautiful spots and world cruises with little effort. 

With the kind permission of the yacht’s owner the mega yacht Timmerman 47 will be presented at the Monaco Yacht Show 2008.
