Burger Boat Company is pleased to announce that it has commenced construction of Hull 508, a 140’ (42.7m) X 29′02″ (8.89m) tri-deck motor yacht. Hull 508 is being built using modular construction processes. Each module is built to increase access to the various components while providing the ability to start outfitting each module earlier in the construction process, resulting in increased accuracy and project efficiency.

The Horizon Group held a traditional Chinese ceremony today to celebrate the start of construction of its latest new model – the Bandido 148 Explorer Megayacht. The first steel for its hull was cut on November 17. Horizon Group used the occasion to announce it is entering a new era by expanding its current model lines to include the steel luxury megayacht market.

After the launching of the 58m (190’) ‘Netanya 8’ in 2007, CMN has developed a new range of motor yachts, the CMN LINE 60 with two yachts in construction: ‘Slipstream’ & ‘Project 802’.
