The Dutch shipyard Bloemsma & van Breemen is building a 157' Reymond Langton Design motor yacht in their new shed. It is the biggest yacht the yard has built so far. The displacement yacht is being built according to 500 GT Lloyds/MCA rules (MCross100A1/SSC/yachtmonoG6/LMC/UMS) The two 3512 Caterpillar main engines will take care of a cruising speed of 14 knots and a max. speed of 16 knots. The beautiful interior is subcontracted to the famous Struik & Hamerslag Yacht interiors. Beside this project a 90 ft 'W. De Vries Lentsch Design' MY is under construction. This classic lined yacht is being built according to Lloyds and MCA rules and driven by an 8 cyl. Kelvin main engine with a Hundested controllable pitch propellor. In 2003 the yard delivered the 96' Vripack Design Doggersbank Offshore 'Patriot' MY to the Owner. In 2002 the 82' Hoek Design racer/cruiser 'Bharlin Blue' SY has been delivered.
