Amels

The Amels family founded the shipyard in 1918 in Makkum. In 2005 all activities were concentrated on the modern facilities in Vlissingen. Amels is part of the Damen Shipyards Group , operating as an autonomous business but benefiting from solid financial backing, with additional resources in engineering, production and personnel when required. The extent and success of Amels' custom built motor yachts are really great. Customer privacy and security is part of our customer care philosophy. With this in mind we have omitted accommodation plans and in some cases a detailed description of the interior, as agreed with our clients.
