Following the completion of the classic motoryacht Eleonore for a Dutch owner earlier this year, Mulder Shipyard in the Netherlands recently delivered a Mulder 68 Convertible to a client from Spain. The 20.70-metre motoryacht will be berthed on the Spanish Atlantic coast. Her lines add to the new 68’s appeal while remaining in harmony with all other Mulder Convertibles.

Mulder Shipyard has already constructed several 68-foot Convertible yachts and this recent model is another special vessel with an intelligent layout. The finish of the modern interior was developed in close collaboration with the owner, and combines to great effect cherrywood paneling with sand-colored leather seating, blue pillows and hassocks. The owners’ stateroom is situated aft while the VIP cabin is located fore; both have separate showers and toilets. The yacht also features a crew cabin aft also with its own head and shower.
The exterior consists of a dark blue hull with an off-white superstructure, a teak deck and various impressive stainless steel features. The yacht has a considerable tender garage aft that is opened hydraulically and offers space to a 3.50-metre jet-propelled tender. The wheelhouse has a large hydraulically operated sliding roof.
Mulder Shipyard has extensive experience in custom building premium superyachts for an international clientele. With the new 68 Convertible, Mulder Shipyard adds another aluminum yacht to its superb fleet. With two C18 Caterpillar diesel engines of 1015 hp each, the yacht has a top speed of 28 knots.
