“ANATOMIC 42” is one mega-yacht of 11 unique new build project designs by Egg and Dart Design Corporation.

She is under construction at Eurocraft Cantieri Navali in Italy and will be launched in summer 2010.

The overall aluminium, semi- displacement motor yacht shows a very modern, elegant and dynamic Exterior with very harmonically shapes and clear lines and a sporty and fast character. Straight pollished stainless steel elements all along the side windows enforce the fast and slim attitude of the yacht and lead into the very dynamic shape of the bow. 

Her outside areas provide generous space on a Flybridge with lounge area, bar and Tepaniaki place, a dining table and a Jacuzzi with spacious sunbathing area. Two little waterfalls spill water from the Whirlpool into two basins next to the lounge sofa. 

The aft outside deck is furnished with two chaise longue for a chat en deux and two credenzas in case of welcoming guests with drinks at their arrival on ANATOMIC 42. 

The Interior-Layout strictly divides service and crew areas from private Owner- and Guest-Sections. The Main-Staircase connects all decks with a beautiful atmosphere by the use of daylight from a roof-top window. 

A fullbeam Main Deck encompasses the Main-Salon with separate Dining-Area and an Owner-Stateroom with Spa-Area, an extra Owners-Study with lots of daylight. 

Two balconies in the owner cabin create a beautiful connection to the outside with amazing view and a very airy ambiance but lots of privacy.

The Spa- Area which can be opened to the cabin, is furnished with Steam- Sauna and a central Jacuzzi, right above the vanity sits a ceiling window, leading natural daylight to the room.
A professional Galley with Crew mess on Main-Deck guarantees perfect service for and on all levels. 

The Lower Deck encompasses 4 equal guest cabins with generous heads, all equipped with double sinks. The Crew accommodation is located in the bow. 

In general, the base of the Interior-Conception and Design was generosity, space and light for a top luxury residence on board in combination with perfect functionality for maintenance and service for captain and crew.

The colour and trim concept for the interior shows an interplay between extremes with a carefully selected mix of classical and modern or better futuristic materials and elements. Silk and natural materials contrast woven high tech fabrics, as patinated frames of mirrors or furniture fronts join together with very sleek and minimized high gloss lacquer panels.  A few selected grandiose antique pieces from different classical epochs will make the design concept perfect and provide an extreme luxurious and elegant atmosphere to the Interior. Makassar with different surfaces is used as the only veneer for furniture and floors.

“ANATOMIC 42” has her engines in already and is on her way to completion. 

Parts of the interior will be finished soon as mock up for the final approval by the client.
