Coast Design and Megayachtcatamaran have teamed up to create the Blue Coast Yachts mega catamaran line ranging from 95 ' to 165 '.
The Blue Coast 105' is a full carbon sail catamaran inspired by ALLURES the Blubay 100' already designed by Jean Jacques Costes. ALLURES was nominated for the "World Superyacht Award" in 2007. ALLURES was built in pre-preg carbon fiber at the Composite Works shipyard in La Ciotat and is one of the fastest and most confortable Yachts of her size in the World.
The Blue Coast 135' is a three decker which offers more than 400 sqm of living space with the confort at sea of a large catamaran. There is a spa pool and a large relaxing area on the bridge deck. The platform features a huge owner suite with a private salon, a full king size bed all with a panoramic view on the sea. Crew quartes are located in the port side away from the guest of the yacht for more privacy.
The Blue Coast 150 "H3" should also be fully built in carbon which is a technological feat for such a large catamaran. The yacht is conceived for a private use, as well as for being easily operated for luxury charter operations. Concerning this domain, charter companies are very enthusiastic about this project at the image of George Nicholson, who talks about "the enormous charter potential of such a yacht" as stated in the Mega Yachts Catamarans website.
