June 17, 2008 at Timmerman Yachts Shipyard a unique and great event took place. In the presence of the owner’s representatives and head persons of the company the first 26 m yacht built in Russia was launched.

The two-deck motor yacht Timmerman 26, the length of which is 26,4 m is a yacht with elegant lines of exterior and delicate interior style. General concept of the vessel corresponds to the last trends and traditions in the world-wide yacht-building. Interior and exterior of the yacht was done by the world-famous design company Guido de Groot Design who chose a refined and in the same time modern stylistic solution. Timmerman 26 project was designed by the famous Dutch project agency Ginton Naval Architects. 

As the customer wished some changes were implemented into the basic yacht project. The sauna was replaced be the children’s cabin and the Jacuzzi was removed to provide more space on the deck. New design solutions were not discarded when decorating and finishing the yacht interior. The hull of the yacht is of egg shell white color. New solution was found when finishing cabins – an unusual combination of American cherry and venge. The fabrics and accessories from the leading world manufacturers add a touch of chic to the ocean beauty-boat. Quite a unique marble finishing and bathroom equipment are of the best quality. In the children’s bathroom a shower with illumination depending on the water temperature so that falling drops shine with all colors like a rainbow. Two guest cabins on the lower deck have its own feature – there are two separate berths which can be transformed into one double bed if you wish. 

The most advanced technologies and equipment were installed on the yacht – active rudders of the stabilization system, bow bulb, ship systems produced by the leading world manufacturers. Timmerman 26 is equipped with Linn audio/video system having multimedia server AMX as its base. Linn is a supplier of Britain Royal Court and it should be mentioned that such systems are traditionally installed only on mega-yachts. The newest navigational equipment is installed in the wheelhouse of Timmerman 26 including AMS and CCTV. 

The yacht possesses excellent technical features and besides she may flatter its big useful space inside, the gross tonnage is 135 tones, which is characteristic of longer yachts. Two Caterpillar engines with the power of 315 h.p. each provide speed of 11 knots, the range of the yacht is 2600 nautical miles. 

Timmerman 26 can accommodate ten guests in four cabins and four crew in two cabins. The vessel corresponds to MCA and Russian River Register and is built under the supervision of Det Norske Veritas (DNV). The navigating zone of the yacht is not limited and the vessel is adopted to Russian conditions. Timmerman 26 will sail the internal waterways of the Russian Federation.
