Bill Prince Yacht Design, Inc. has developed a handsome, fast 28-meter (92-foot) centerboard sloop that meets an experienced yachtsman’s need for comfortable family cruising.

The design of this luxurious yet practical sailing yacht benefits from Bill Prince’s many years as design engineer at both Island Packet Yachts and the venerable Ted Hood Design Group in Portsmouth, Rhode Island.

High-volume composite hull with a board-down draft of 14’9”, coupled with a tall carbon sloop rig, makes her an efficient and powerful world cruiser. With the centerboard up she draws only 6’5”, allowing access to shallow-water cruising grounds in the Bahamas as well as secluded anchorages worldwide.

The large interior volume created by her hull form has allowed Bill Prince Yacht Design to create a luxurious, surprisingly airy interior. A large deck salon incorporates raised seating and a full bar with excellent views out of the large deckhouse windows. For entertaining, the main salon with its formal dining area and deep, comfortable couches combines traditional nautical aesthetics with modern amenities including a disappearing entertainment system and advanced fiber-optic network.

Owner’s accommodations aft include a spacious guest suite with double berth, a “children’s cabin” with twin berths and a Pullman and the master suite, which is luxuriously appointed with a lighted vanity, self-stowing exercise equipment and spacious head.

The design and engineering of this yacht are executed to the highest yachting standards. She is designed to be built to both Lloyd’s Rules and MCA certification.
