On the 10-15th of September the International consortium Timmerman Yachts took part in the largest exhibition “Cannes Boat Show 2008”, where for the first time it presented the first super marine motor yacht Timmerman 33. The public was immediately fascinated by her refined interior and elegant exterior lines.

The yacht was created by such famous designers and projectors as: Ginton Naval Architects (projector), Guido de Groot Design (interior, exterior), and decorator Olga Kushnareva as well. The inner scope, RPH architecture of the yacht, the presence of sauna are the most distinctive and unique features of Victoria M.

The most important event of Cannes Boat Show was “World Yachts Trophies 2008 Awards. The founder of the award is the international magazine “Yachts International”. Among the most famous world yards, that took part in the nominations, the award panel marked in particular the consortium Timmerman Yachts. The company was awarded the prize “Best Development Award”. The culmination of the show was the parade of yachts, where beautiful Victoria M slowly waltzed in the searchlight rays.

The continuation of the presentation in Cannes was the Consortium’s participation in the exibition, held in the Principality of Monaco on the 24-27th of September 2008, where the main & long-awaited event «Monaco Yacht Show 2008» took place. Annualy the largest shipyards present their innovations, and designers’ workshops introduce the latest projects to the world yachting community. 

This year the Consortium presented a ship building flagman - the transatlantic megayacht project Timmerman 47 «ALEXANDRA». The progect Timmerman 47 is worked out by the European independent designer company Vripack Yachting International, the interior - by the English company Bannenberg Designes Ltd. 

The yacht aroused heigh interest of the largest broker companies, yacht specialists, journalists and visitors of the exhibition. The famous designers (Espen Oeino, Igor Lobanov, etc.), the representatives of buisness elite were noticed among guests, who visited the yacht. 

The consortium proved, that Russia is able to compete in the world market and build competetive and high-technological production.
