Feadship is proud to announce that LVMH Moët Hennessy – Louis Vuitton S.A. has entered into an exclusivity agreement to acquire the shares in the Royal Van Lent shipyard currently owned by  Egeria.

Feadship is the world’s leading brand of custom-built luxury mega-yachts and is a marketing joint venture between the leading luxury mega-yacht builders Royal Van Lent and Koninklijke De Vries Scheepsbouw.

Through this transaction, Royal Van Lent and Feadship will benefit from the dedicated long term support of LVMH, the world’s leading luxury goods group.

Dick van Lent will remain a shareholder in the Royal van Lent shipyard and continue in his role as Chief Executive Officer. Feadship, Royal Van Lent and Koninklijke De Vries look forward to a fruitful cooperation with LVMH.
