The solemn ceremony dedicated to the laying of the keel of the 5th 23M project motor yacht by one of the leading Russian yachtbuilding companies Laky Verf has been held on 28 February 2008.

The Dutch partners of the company Jan Gremmen, Rick van de Wetering and Peter van Oossanen have visited the ceremony. 

In accordance with the existing tradition and in presence of all personnel of the company and the guests the priest consecrated the hull, produced out of steel as the hulls of the previous yachts. The laying plate was solemnly fastened.

The Classification Society Bureau Veritas Rus will survey the construction of the fifth yacht.

It can be said with confidence that the fifth yacht of the project 23M will be worthy representative of the 23M model line.
