As a yacht designer, Patrick Knowles has been practicing his craft for the last 21 years, 13 of which have been under his own banner of Patrick Knowles Designs.

Having worked with all of the major U.S. shipyards including Burger, Christensen, Delta, Hatteras, Nordland, Palmer Johnson and Trinity Yachts, as well as several international yards, Patrick Knowles Designs has proven time and again that the firm is positioned to take on the challenge of working with shipyards globally producing projects with on time deliveries.

An award winning design firm, Patrick Knowles Designs, has won two prestigious Showboats International awards. The firm won the ‘Best Design Award’ for M/Y Best in Show and the ‘Best Refit/Reconfiguration Award’ for M/Y Helios2. The firm has also been nominated several times for the coveted ‘Superyacht Society Award.’

Patrick Knowles Designs is currently engaged in several new build projects for Trinity Yachts including the 161’ FoxHarb’r, the 164’ Mine Games, the 183’ Mustang Sally and the 191’ Unbridled, as well as the rebuild of the 160’ Feadship Inevitable.
