Feadship has announced the launch of the 67.00-meter (219’10”) twin screw motor yacht Anna. She is the largest yacht in terms of volume ever built by the De Vries yard in Aalsmeer, the Netherlands.
This latest scion of the Feadship fleet is being kept pretty much under wraps for the time being. Only limited information is being released on hull №673, which will be completed at Feadship’s giant new facilities in Makkum. “With her steel hull and aluminium superstructure, Anna already has a magnificent body,” explains owner's representative Julien Jouault.
“But like any graceful lady, she only wants to meet her public when fully dressed. The team in Makkum will now apply the finishing touches – Anna’s makeup, you might say. I am sure the wait will be worthwhile.”
Anna was designed by Micheal Leach Design, while De Voogt Naval Architects was responsible for the naval architecture.
