Laurent Giles will be exhibiting details two superyachts and two very large Giga yacht projects at the 16th Monaco Yacht Show. The largest of these is a stunning 121.5m Motor Yacht commissioned by Neorion Yachts for their clients. The design contract was signed after initial discussions with Neorion during last years show. As is to be expected the project is still shrouded in much secrecy.
Laurent Giles will be exhibiting details two superyachts and two very large Giga yacht projects at the 16th Monaco Yacht Show. The largest of these is a stunning 121.5m Motor Yacht commissioned by Neorion Yachts for their clients. The design contract was signed after initial discussions with Neorion during last years show. As is to be expected the project is still shrouded in much secrecy. Also on show will be the 72m Project Prospect created for Fincantieri Yachts, an exercise in style that could create a new basis for how future yachts are developed.
The Pendennis 38 is a very well conceived long range ocean cruising yacht with a 5250 nautical mile range. 10/12 guest are lavishly accommodated on three decks plus expansive sun deck areas with spa pool and adjacent handy bathroom.
At their stand number QT 40 - 41 Laurent Giles will also be unveiling the designs of a new 119m concept which they are describing as a leap beyond the 130m Voyaging Palace that was displayed on their stand last year. Diesel electric yacht will be propelled by pods, but consideration has also been given to a conventional propulsion option and it is predicted that the reverse sheer yacht which has a beam of 19.5m, will cruise at speeds in the region of 20k.
Seven of the yacht’s eight principal decks are connected by two separate glass lifts, both linking with the unique and totally private embarkation dock located amidships but that for total privacy of the Owner’s and his VIP Guests are kept apart from the other guest areas. Guest apartments will be split between the two main decks and the Owner’s and VIP Staterooms extend through three decks.
The heavy displacement, long range ocean going yacht also sports an observation deck, tender garage, helicopter hangar and an opening platform aft providing a fabulous 15m long beach terrace.
