Everyone knows for sure – Monaco Yacht Show is number one among yachting exhibitions and those who are present there are no less than key players of the yachting industry.

September 10 the opening ceremony of the Cannes Boat & Yacht Show took place. Cannes Boat and Yacht Show is an exclusive meeting of the key players of the yachting industry among which MegaYachts.Ru has the honour to be this year (Espace Riviera, stand RIV 023).

Time flies very quickly and we try to keep up to date, constantly enlarging our opportunities. Having worked over three years in the sphere of yachting MegaYachts.Ru is ready to propose its services on the international level and the first step in this direction will be our participation in one the well-known yachting exhibitions Festival de la Plaisance de Cannes that will take place September, 10-15.

From the 10 to 15 September the Festival de la Plaisance in Cannes welcomes 16 yachts for sale through CNI. Following the success of last year’s show, which saw the number and size of yachts increase dramatically, the 2008 show promises to be the biggest and best to date.

We are all looking forward to Seatec 2009 – Sea Technology & Design – the seventh International Exhibition of technologies and subcontracting and design for boats, yachts and ships, organised by CarraraFiere in Marina di Carrara from 5 to 7 February 2009. Following its success in 2008, this year Seatec has a record number of bookings. Most exhibitors did in fact confirm their stands at this year’s exhibition just a few days after the closing of last year’s exhibition.

The Yachting division of Van der Velden Marine Systems, a member of the Holland Yachting Group, will exhibit at the Monaco Yacht Show (24-27 September 2008). Our stand will showcase a prototype of the revolutionary EPS™ thruster. Van der Velden Marine Systems can be found in the Darse Nord Air Conditioned Tent, QD74.

Originally conceived in 2007 as a biennial event, the Transatlantic Maxi Yacht Cup will take place in 2008 based on the success of the inaugural event held last fall, and early inquiries suggest a number of boats are already making plans to challenge for the title.

Two important rendez-vous in September for those who would like to visit and test our boats: Wally exhibits at the Festival International de la Plaisance de Cannes, France, 10-15 September and at the MonacoYacht Show, 24-27 September.

After Kismet’s debut in the US at the Fort Lauderdale Boat Show last year, Lürssen now has the possibility to present this extraordinary yacht to European customers.
