Holland-based Ginton Naval Architects, the designer and architect of a new 40-metre sailing yacht, has announced that the construction of the sloop has commenced in Turkey. Conforming to the RINA commercial classification code, Mengi Yay Shipyard has started work on the project under the management and supervision of Yacht-Marine Ltd.

Dutch superyacht builder AMELS has announced today the sale of their first 60m motor yacht Amels 199. The yacht features stunning design by renowned designer Tim Heywood with eye-catching, unique features. Amels 199 yacht’s hull is already well underway and she is being customised for a repeat Limited Edition client. She is due to be delivered in spring 2013.

The PA 186 is a new 86m superyacht concept based on the reputable and highly regarded Oceanco platform and designed by the Milan-based Hot Lab studio. The contemporary exterior lines with a functional yet innovative interior layout are amongst the obvious design merits of the concept.

Taking shape in construction hall ONE the yard team is underway with the construction of this stunning new 43m sloop – a concept developed by the yard in collaboration with Germán Frers and Rhoades Young Design.

Following their partnership in 2010 on a 60m motoryacht, Design Unlimited has once again teamed up with Ruea Yachts and naval architects BMT Nigel Gee to extend the concept into a 75m version.
