IYC Brokerage is pleased to announce the sale of two yachts and the addition of four yachts to their central listing.

Noell Vawter's sold M/Y SOUTHERLY. SOUTHERLY has been designed with a classic interior with rich woods and a large comfortable interior.

The yacht is a steel full displacement, 151' (46m) built by Picchiotti in 1982.

Jim Eden's sold M/Y SUMMER BREEZE. SUMMER BREEZE was built by Broward in 1994 and is an aluminum semi-displacement hull design allowing her to cruise at 16 knots with a max. speed of 20 knots.

She is 114' (34.7m) in length with a 24' (7.3m) beam.

Frank Grzeszczak and Chany Sabates III's central listing, M/Y D-VERSION, was recently added; D-VERSION is an 81' (24.6m) Cheoy Lee Sport Yacht built in 1998. This popular 81ft Euro style yacht has been professionally maintained. She is powered with 2x Caterpillar 3412TA engines that produce 1,350hp each and allowing her to cruise at 20 knots. Her shallow draft allows for flexibility when cruising through the Caribbean etc. Her interior was designed by Savio Yacht Interiors and she has a high gloss wood finish with burl accents. She sleeps 8 guests in 4 staterooms plus 2 crew. She is a must see for the most discriminating yacht buyer.

Thom Conboy's central listing M/Y TOTALLY NUTS, IYC-TOTALLY NUTS]was recently added; TOTALLY NUTS is a 120' 9" (36.8m) superyacht built by HEESEN YACHTS in 2005. Built in aluminum and using a semi-displacement design, she can cruise at 26 knots and reach a top speed of 31 knots. With a contemporary interior, she has light exotic woods throughout and built to ABS specifications. Known as a "3700 Series" she has a range of 5,500 nautical miles and a Heesen signature garage. Her interior was completly redone in 2007.

Frank Grzeszczak and Chany Sabates III's central listing, M/Y RELENTLESS, was recently IYC-RELENTLESS]added; RELENTLESS is 145' (44.2m) aluminum superyacht built in 2001 by Trinity Yachts. She sleeps 10 guests in 5 staterooms plus crew accomodations for up to 9 in 5 cabins. Her MTU engines produce 1,800hp each allowing her to cruise at 16 knots. Her beautiful interior exhibits rich teak throughout, coffered ceilings and an elegant classic tone. There is a full beam master suite and a Jacuzzi on the sundeck. Thom Conboy's central listing M/Y ELANDESS, was recently added; ELANDESS is a 154' (47m) superyacht built by HEESEN YACHTS in 2008. With a very large interior, due to being a steel full displacement design, she is a true transatlantic yacht. She sleeps 10 in 5 staterooms and 10 crew in 5 cabins. With a large sundeck, full beam master suite, dining areas (aft and formal) for 12 people and a tender garage, this very comfortable yacht has a distinctive interior.
